The EW-18 is the perfect Stand-N-Ride scooter. Great for travel as it is a very versatile unit. The Rechargeable electric motor releases zero emissions for clean and eco-friendly operation.

Tread and grooved tires make it safe to use on wet floors. The EW-18 includes a storage basket that is large enough for personal and work items.

The EW-18 has a 300 lb weight capacity. The speed is controlled by an easy to use turn dial and is propelled by a hand throttle. The EW-18 STAND-N-RIDE is a great choice riding on a pneumatic 16" front wheel and 4" rear wheels. The scooter uses drum brakes to maintain and manage a safe stop when outdoors. This is a great unit. Fun and practical at the same time. It has a top speed of 15 Mph and you can get up to 25 Miles range on a single charge!

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the Scooter.

Battery Charger: 30 day warranty.

Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery and seating, throttle, brakes, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds and footrest covers)

Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, commercial use, or use other than normal.

Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility.

Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from E-Wheels.

Batteries: Batteries carry a limited warranty which is subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a defect in the original manufacture will normally become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normally associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no other express warranty.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact Scooter Supermarket on 888-988-8815 and speak with a Customer Service Representative. Please note you must start the Return Process within 14 Calender Days after you receive the product. If it has gone beyond that period, we cannot accept a Return.

The product must be intact and have no form of damage, and a photo of the condition of the product on each side must be provided. If these prerequisites are met, we will authorize the Return. You are responsible for the all Product Shipping costs, as well as a 20% Restocking fee.

Once the product has been received back at our warehouse and has been inspected, we will issue a refund minus the Shipping and Restocking fees within 3-5 Business days.

Customer must have original packaging to start the return process.
